In a quest to check off our entire "Leavenworth Bucket List," Chris, Ava, Brian and I headed out to see the Kansas City Royals on Saturday evening. The weather was absolutely perfect and even better - military members get 50% off ticket prices the day of the game! We arrived at the stadium about 30 minutes before the start and got seats in the highest section above third base. There really aren't any bad seats in the stadium though, so these were perfect...they were in the shade! Unfortunately the Royals lost to the Tigers, but it was still a lot of fun to get out there and enjoy the beautiful day with great friends!
